• Great location, not the greatest management

• Illegall parking in the roundabout all the time never towed

• I have lived here for over 4 years and while the building does meet 100% of everyone’s wants, they do a good job at the basics - it’s clean, quiet, and my fellow tenants are nice.

• This is a great location and the building is full of wonderful people, I love it.

• If your looking for an apartment in the growing and fast paced Yonge & Eglinton ave area here is a great building with underground access to the intersection.
