With every repair work done inside my apartment they leave patched up marked up walls.... Never to be painted. I have lived here over 14 years same ugly walls with disgusting floors. ...cabinets are crumbling from water damage and outdated from the 70's. Unfortunately i am disabled and to poor to deal with moving expenses or to even looj for a clean healthy home with no black mold problems
